imo Andrews is weak as shown in his opening up state borders and ending lockdown on Morrison's say so back in 2020 when the initial covid (pre-alpha) was in the community.
he remains weak by, as you say, not shutting state borders again!
this is the cost of having politicians who have the last say of decisions.
Both Lib and Lab are foolish and thinking only of popularity at the next election.
