How many logical fallacies are in this “analysis”.

The most interesting “statistic" in the whole story is out of 6000 people born in Sudan (really South Sudan, but who cares) 846 were criminal offenders and actually got caught and charged. That is 14.1% of the population. If you take out the women who seem to not be causing that much problem it is nearly 30%!
