The key question at the Victorian Corona Inquiry is who decided on using private security guards and why.
So far the government has evaded the question. Apparently no one made the decision, clearly nonsense. If they refuse to answer the question it is open to the public to believe the obvious. That the decision was taken under instructions from the union bosses for corrupt purposes.
