of course Victoria is a failed state. And it will stay that way as the Voters keep voting ALP & Greens/Teals. The current debt that Victoria has will never be paid off. No future LNP government will be able to change Victoria's economic position. The debt is just too large. Daniel Andrews and His ministers should all be arrested for what they have done.
