Just wondering what the experts may think ?
Is Victoria already in recession - many shop vacancies both metro and country .
State Govt appear desperate to "grab " any proceeds they can to pay for their massive over spend .
Financial management incompetence at its best and debt to be repaid for many years to come .
Any new Govt has very little left to sell to pay down debt .
Just my opinion .
