Victoria Moratorium Lifted, page-14

Headline from the AFR today:
"The Victorian government will scrap its moratorium on onshore conventional gas from the middle of next year, opening up the possibility for new supplies that could offset a decline from the Bass Strait fields."

The Victorian Government has effectively extended the moratorium by 12 months contrary to legislation it passed..... the moratorium ends in June 2020 not June 2021. I will put the question to Roland Sleeman and see if I can get an appropriate response.
