Good to see Andrews allowing pensioners to shiver through another long Vic winter trying to pay bills they cant afford, and in his benevolence allow business back to Victoria BUT dont count on him honouring that July 2021 date. These types are slippery indeed.... Pull the rug at the eleventh hour? You cant reason with irrational deluded mind types.... Flat earth, creationism, he would fit in with that lot so well!!
With the World and Aust recession starting now as predicted by anybody with a IQ over 90 hmm, (world built on printed debt???) , Lakes has still got to battle a couple years yet with only burping gas for rev so far..
We not quite out of the woods yet.. but one step forward and a few years more to wait for decent rev
