Finally! Victoria is part way there. After the Coronavirus fall out governments realise that there is a need for local manufacturing and to have viable local manufacturing plants that produce a lot of widgets you need locally produced and piped gas and also reliable base load power. Imported gas and imported critical widgets just don't seem that attractive anymore to the likes of the current Victorian government. At last some common sense.
