Its hard to know when the house market is at its peak??? So its not easier than trading stocks... Also, one needs to be independent without responsibility to be able to buy n sell house's... Kids schooling... working commute... etc
I have owned 3 properties personally...never lived in any of them... next year I plan to build myself my retirement pad with a 10 bay car shed and a huge kitchen... I made my wealth through trading shares... not property... Property is what ya buy to protect your wealth, not to grow one's wealth faster than inflation (majority of my observation).
