Of course we don't know the full context but we do know that the police are supposed to be trained, they have all this wonderful new equipment from machine guns down and head stomping is what killed the famous Black Lives Matter victim so you would think the police would have been told to be careful in that regard, obviously anything goes

Question --- is this a special squad of head bashes, that has been formed with bully boy cops who have been told to do whatever it takes to get the message across??
