No it wasn't after the woman kicked out to protect herself that she had her neck stretched it was before, plus the lady officer lunged at her for some reason triggering the high kick in defence.
Mind you the officers never gave the woman a change to explain why she didn't have to wear a mask as she correctly stated since she had an exemption.
I expect the charges should be dropped and new charges against the male officer.
