Andrews has been making up the Law of the Land as he goes throughout this pandemic and not even bothering to get the Commissioner of Police to stand beside him on the dais as he declares which Laws he'll instruct police to enforce harder or which to instruct police to totally ignore as in the case of the extreme Left, fascist BLM protesters.
