Despite your assertion otherwise, Daniel Andrews has no legislated authority to rewrite the Laws of this State at his discretion and to give greater powers to police, as you assert, other than those which the current State of Disaster declaration allows. Since when did you become a supporter of such a rabid despotic dictatorship?
Whatever happened to the Separation of Powers under our Westminster System of Gov't? Andrews has been making up the Law of the Land as he goes throughout this pandemic and not even bothering to get the Commissioner of Police to stand beside him on the dais as he declares which Laws he'll instruct police to enforce harder or which to instruct police to totally ignore as in the case of the extreme Left, fascist BLM protesters.
Anyone would think we're under Martial Law [not Marshall Law as one thread header suggested here today] and taking orders solely from the military!
