Victoria is now in the position where it has to stay shutdown to protect the rest of Australia.

We have seen how this has spread from one state to another. We have seen how much more infectious this is than previous strains. We have seen how slack the vaccine rollout has been for aged care leaving us exposed more than we should be.

To use an old but valuable analogy, the holes in the cheese are lining up.

Victoria has no choice but to chase this thing down to zero. The rest of the country is relying on us

So if it's a failure of quarantine in SA, what do you say about the issues Victoria has had with quarantine over the last year or so ?

explain why there isn't an issue in SA if this is the most infectious and deadly strain ever ?
