There are no restrictions here. I dont know why you are guessing that restrictions will happen in Europe. Two weeks ago most countries including Germany and Poland opened its borders to the UK (which isnt in the EU), and UK vice-versa. Now Brits are travelling to France and other countries. The only restriction is UK versus Spain, the rest is fine and from what I see UK tourists are increasing everyday where I am.
Europe has many new daily infections, but is dealing with it and not allowing the virus to destroy the economy. (Perhaps many of its countries are reaching herd immunity, but this is hard to prove). What I know is deaths are quite low now, and very few people are wearing masks (except on trams, buses and museums,,,but not everyone in these places adheres). I cannot see any forseeable problems at this stage.
