There is that little difference though thats not that different to here ? They are closing places opening places etc etc as the manage them by countries and areas .
Its ok for the Eu to say we open but yes in fact like you say you start looking and under its guidance countries can and do there own border areas as they see to do so .
Like this is Belguim policy almost on verge of going back into controls ive look a few other countries have same like Poland and places the eu banned two countries because they deem them risk .
We know what happened with open borders back with the big migration as we suffered that here also before you guys did .
Now small block big block what ever it does seem its not quite so rosy if outbreaks start happening you wont see rolling lock downs which some would say become worse situation in the longer run .
We seeing that with England now in places and travel warnings etc .

Its not that much different to here we can perhaps have a better chance of elimination within the borders where well we may then bubble with other countries also as time comes .

You may have the eu we have a national cabinet The feds can say all they want if the states lock it down there is nothing the feds can do much the same im taking with the eu . They can say the sanguine areas are open to all but if the areas decide to lock down thats what happens .
Think thats what they call the eu borders ?
All good its open debate you have said take a look i see it as not being much different to here just at different stage though we have one big sea border we can control you have limited sea borders .
