This fiasco presided over by Jacinta Allan is the same song sheet as building the new Western Plains Correctional Facility then not having any money to staff it for the first two year. Same as the Wyndham Law Courts in Werribee completed in Mar’25 but with no money to staff it and no money to run final testing to confirm it is okay to open.
