There is indeed a bit of a double standard in that area although it is changing . Always wondered about the beach ball . Men wear boardies and shirts and the women were skimpily dressed . I do recall some female players questioning this but that was the ' official ' apparel apparently .
I see it's different for female netballers and basketballers for example .
I expect that the beach volley ball uniforms will change eventually .
I don't see a problem with that actually . There are plenty of opportunities to admire the female form these days from willing participants . I don't really see why women should have to wear stuff they're not comfortable with .
