Could be a game=breaker if a complete investigation into the circumstances of each contract, - who negotiated it, - why it cant be broken, - was it put out for competitive and public tender - exactly who benefited from the process including all greenie "consultants" who pushed this white elephant
I would expect that this result of usual greenie-hysteria and stampede to another in the long line of un-needed and un-workable, rort-and-corruption-filled greenie stupidity could become a case study of how to start th elong and difficult process of rolling back the epidemic of greenie-fueled insanity and hysteria that has afflicted some elements of the community.
