The government is panicking as the inner city migrants are refusing to self isolate and are refusing to be tested.

A front line nurse and two train employees
are among new cases
as sick migrants continue to use public transport.

Teams of testers are doorknocking
inner suburbs demanding people be tested
Some are still refusing.

While the government is not naming
the infectious hot spots,
