whilst the closed borders and low numbers and light lowdown we had are fantastic, the other side of the coin is that the government are now back into a corner , they have effectively committed to isolation until. A vaccine (if a vaccine if found ) , they won’t be able sell a message to the nation that they need to open borders for the economy to vast amount of the population
You can’t function in isolation like some sort of North Korea , fantastic for the health side of it , but purely from the economic side they have turned off the lights
