The Victorian Government wants 100 MW of battery storage by the end of January 2018.
They are providing funds for up to 2 x 20 MW, so I guess the rest will come from companies willing to raise their own finance.
If CCE were to miss out on either of the two 20MW systems, I would think they could still win part of the non grant supported work.
