Probably true but I can't see cost being a reason for excluding the battery from government subsidies/schemes.
The end cost really is the customers decision.
It's more likely that additional safety testing or something of that nature is required before Redflow products are endorsed..I believe the ISO 9001 certification will go along way to supporting their business case..Safety testing will need to be conducted from current Thai production line..Previously produced batteries may not qualify for various reasons.
Just putting thoughts out there but it's really up to shareholders to seek answers directly & for Redflow to communicate better with shareholders.
