I feel that the answer why Redflow cannot participate in the government schemes is now obvious.
The road block is changing the basic requirement of the CEC Best Practice Guide that all batteries listed in the guide must have a Lithium chemistry.

Companies that are selling batteries that do not use a Lithium based chemistry need to
1) Lobby the CEC to change its requirements for entry into the Best Practice Guide for Storage systems
and/or
2) Lobby the State Governments change their requirements that batteries must be in the Best Practice Guide to be included in the battery rebate schemes.

This is not just about Redflow. This is about all companies that manufacture and/or sell batteries with chemistries other than Lithium.
