That’s the thing, anyone who has worked on large sites knows that the builder does the bare minimum when it comes to safety. It’s only the union that gives a crap. Sure the union rep is stupid and has the black tee-shirt but the big blokes aren’t easily intimidated by the builder. Old Jet would be a domestic drain cleaner, so he has no idea.
