    here are a few reasons why I thing VGM has not been issued with a 'speeding ticket'

    1)Victorian Gold is in production
    2)the GOLD price is moving up ($1157 atm)
    3)the stock is VERY tightly held
    4).....
    5).....
    6).....

    I'm sure there's more...someone else can add other useful reasons reasons
