Commercial recycling aside, I wonder how many mums and dads appreciate the massive landfill waste when it comes to toys like "ooshies" or other crap given away by retailers to suck children into blackmailing parents to buy this crap for them??? Even though Woolworth do have a policy in place to recycle this stuff https://www.terracycle.com/en-AU/brigades/woolworths_ooshies ........ how would normal people find out about it and instead just throw the plastic crap into the garbage?
So after your child is fed up with their OOSHIE the parents can "If for any reason, you no longer want to keep your Lion King Ooshie, you can now drop them off at your local Woolworths for recycling" ..... uhuh... put your ooshie in your pocket and take a drive to the local Woolies to have it recycled....
JUST DONT MAKE THIS CRAP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!
