If you are in there for “killing” as you say, what is it “murder”, why do they let you access a keyboard? ts this a political policy to be not only soft on crime, soft on causes of crime but also soft on punishment?
Is it correctional services that do not follow the law in Victoria? I would personally not be too thrilled with inmates having too much access to computers.
