someone with a few dollars behind him should take this to court - councils have no legal standing thus should be unable to fine anyone for anything. it sickens me as to how corrupt these bodies have become
why should it be compulsory to vote in council elections? here in wa its a matter for the rate payer if one chooses to vote or not
