Hancock is not a consumer facing brand and the sponsorship offered very little value to Gina, it was clearly philanthropic. From that point of veiw I'm not sure calling the 15m price tag commercial is quite right.
Prime time is for shows which have hundreds of thousands of viewers. I'd be suprised if a Netball match had 1/10 of that audience. The sponsorship is clearly a political move as I explained above.
