    Market a little slow to react maybe but this announcement re Victoria is HUGE. Go the CAT. Buyers starting to stack up nicely. Back to 8 cents is a gimme. Only thing holding it back at the moment is the recent placement. Not everyone will sell for 1-2 cents.
