Why aren't you using the POSTER boys cars where GVM is concerned??? I'll save you some time (oh my lord they are all lard arses) - even the small ones Telsa 3 1847 Kg Tesla S 2,250kg Tesla X 2,400kg Tesla Y 2,003 kg Tesla E 2,250 kg Nissan Leaf (how much smaller do you want to go?) --- 1,560 kg Hyundai Iconq --again a very small car ---1,890kg I agree the road tarrifs should be on Hp & Torque & weight, as these destroy the roads & bridges accordingly (especially the torque). Elon is swinging his old fella again to get a 1.1 second car to 100k's, how about using 1/2 the resources & getting a charge time to 5 minutes & range of 1,000 k's. Getting it to go fast is easy.............getting it to be useful is HARD..............seems to hard for Elon. We have to do MORE with LESS. If you use the road you have to contribute. Would be easier to have a line of code in the car & an automatic charge to your credit card & every time you plug into charge (whether at you house on your own solar or other wise is irrelvant), charge a per kW (similar to the per litre tax the ICE currently pay).
