    ahhh....Bandts vision of a marxist style commune is nearly there-

    -lockdown
    -24 hour surveillance
    -limited freedom of movement with curfew in place after 6pm.
    -"potable water" needs to be boiled before use

    all they need now is bread lines, food stamps,
    rationing..... and the Stalinist dream is fulfilled.
