Anyone been to C York and assessed it's farming prospects? I haven't but it sounds highly unlikely. Newman, I'm sure, is thinking of areas where the infrastructure already exists. Most of Qld west of The Divide is pretty nondescript and you would be stretching the definition of "sensitive" to apply it to all but select small areas.
