    When we win the main case in Septemeber MMX will get back that $5m when CHM as the losing party has to pay MMX's legal costs, you are going down in September grayhead, you have no evidence you have no case, read up on law grayhead this is a constructive trust case and they are really hard to prove, the odds are way against CHM.
