I thought I would look at CHM's website, but only found a link to thier 2008 annual report.
As far as I can see, whilst they claim to be an exploration company, the only activity I can identify is litigation against MMX and defending a claim from a former director in the form of United Industries International!!!
They seem like an angry kid not a responsible mining company, I hope they don't spend all their $300,000 down at the lolly shop to quickly or they will be sick.
With regards to the larger claim there seems to be a situation (according to thier own report) of he said/she said/they said, and no tangible evidence.
No attempt at ramping up or down is implied....
