I personally don’t see the assets, Covid is a massive player here and I take that into account. You or I can hardly see any growth factors here, the Metro Melbourne will take a lot of time to return and is not enhanced by State Politics, ie Public Servants not returning to their office. Victory is having to decrease rentals and revenue to secure a short term host.
I have visited both Dandenong and Box Hill in my travels, want for another word Ghost Towns.
Baxter? Yes very disappointed to hear of the misfortunes and culture that is available news and not speculative.
