Take no action for CCL's hostile takeover bid
Coca Cola Amatil (CCL) has made a hostile takeover bid of $2.25 for Neverfail. The shares rose strongly in anticipation of counter bids from other players such as Danone and Nestle. We are of the opinion that the price is a reasonably good outcome for NEV shareholders and it represents a healthy premium to recent trading history.
