The impact of the drug appears to be very rapid. However Prof Brimble talks about the need to have daily doses of NNZ-2566. This may be a result of incomplete knowledge as far as I am aware there are no long term studies. Once concentrations reach a certain level and neurons and synapses improve over time with
drug usage, it may be possible to reduce drug intake.
My concern was with IGF-1 as a competitor. If with formulation the half-life of NNZ-2566 gets to 20 minutes and it is 100 times more effective than GPE then NNZ-2566 is 1000 times more potent than GPE derived from IGF-1.
