Firstly, thank for the video, MW03. There is one question I cannot get out of my brain, and I am hoping someone may be able to illuminate me.

While it is obviously great that the half-life has increased from 2 minutes to 15, it still seems very short to a non-medic like myself. Can understand this may not be an issue for TBI, when giving drugs constantly over a few days will probably help at the time most damage is done. However, with conditions like Retts and in time hopefully autism generally (I have a son with autism) I am wondering how a drug that with only be effective for a relative short period will be that helpful (as the conditions are life-long).

On the other hand, you would not think they would be running these expensive trials if this was considered a fatal flaw.

Appreciate the video suggested it may still be improved.

Not trying to be a pessimist but try to understand it better.
