This is a first for me, so I dont quite understand. Am a long suffering ERG shareholder and was hoping that this whole mess could eventually be sorted out, but now it appears the end is here. As far as I understood, shareholders have to agree to the de-listing of the company. It would be completely against the interest of shareholders to do that - for obvious reasons. So, why all these theatrics ? They must feel quite confident to get shareholders approval, otherwise they would not propose this, I guess... I dont really understand whats going on. Can someone please enlighten me ? Thank you.
