Nah, Cromby is all about adding value for shareholders. Besides the CR is only for accelerating test phases, so it's not absolutely necessary but would be beneficial to speed things up. They have money to travel along as is, so they wont need a desperate price on a CR just to speed things along a bit. I'm also sure Cromby wants to get to his 1.5c incentive target for his first bonus asap too. There's a lot on the table between now and March remember, for example if Transgene resecure a partner for tg4010 by the end of December 1c+ shouldn't be difficult at all to reach for the SP.
