[VIDEO] BME reveals plans to commercialise well testing gas, page-2

Pardon my ignorance but could anyone tell me why do they need so many people on the board and spend around $500k a quarter on staff and corporate for something that is so slow at developing, when looking at the roadmap it feels like nothing will really happen for another 2yrs at least.
would love to hear from people who are familiar with gas projects which im not.
