I am so confused ,,,,why should we as shareholders vote to merge when cph come out with revenue news that the company themselves are saying is so great that Warrants five day halt ,, why doesn’t cph continue this growth alone rather than have the sp stay at about 40% trips until October then force our shares to a company we never heard of ???????if cph were raising all the time and not making money I would prob be more optimistic but that’s not the message ,,,
