Didnt realize the ground and infra still damaged? Did think that by now access for rigs to get thru would be okay
BTW. Not 20 years, 12 years. Worked through 2010/11 wet and the last state declared national disaster in "wait awhile"
Its only 6 months until the next wet in Dec, geeez it is unrelenting in the K.
Access and resupply is critical so if its still choppers only then 80% focus on REEs is best approach.
