no doubt well need cash before the end of 23 but i have absolutely zero concerns with how DT and team will raise said funds be it CR or sale of the gold asset or IO asset. your concern regarding ability to raise the cash is unwarranted IMO im sure there are other "explores" that might struggle to generate additional funds but i would and have bet a large portion of my net worth on these guys getting it done.
