I was a quiet one for the first 16 months or so, sometimes I wish I stayed that way. I'm not whinging. I am just quietly saying that my experience in share trading over many years and companies is 'don't believe everything management tells you'. DRE may be the exception and they may all be saints but let's face it many of these companies promise much, deliver little. I was lucky enough to do very well on DEG and a few others but the promised land is not reached that often. I think optimism is great but I see people here expecting a lot and I'd hate to see them let down – I know how that feels. I personally believe in tempering expectations with reality and then if it does blow the roof, like say DEG did, then you can party hard. Just my way of looking at things. Each to their own. DYOR and very definitely IMHO. Cheers!
