Okay so it wasn't in the latest reports but found it in the original IPO prospectus. PRK/Rosicky were awarded shares and options for their services in 2017 - about two third in shares and one third in options, a total of approx 2 million.

Then there were some more options which give a total of almost 3 million (matches current position of PRK+Rosicky):
200k options at $0.08 with expiry in 2026
125k options at $0.10 with expiry in 2027
250k options at $0.11 with expiry in 2027

So it isn't what I'd call huge skin in the game and huge involvement but they can be definitely happy about current price.
The CFO is buying at a much higher price right now - so the lawyers were a bit lucky but the CFO seems convinced.
