Gotta say that was a V underwhelming preso from new MD, absolutely no detail value add REO, simply "wot's in the ground" straight to glossy EV forecasts.
And the focus NdPr somewhat ridiculous given Ph1 <600tpa/~$30Mpa (roughly what Lynas will add annually from kiln refurb, let alone 1200tpa expansion) with no mention of the path from concentrate > oxides > customer.
Gotta wonder who he was trying to "sell" to?
