I’m new to all of this but the above link would suggest there were only feasibility studies conducted prior to 2005 when Stage 1 construction commenced. The article states 20 months to build Stage 1. However if first production for Deep Yellow is from Omahola then there would likely be a different process employed than at LH (heap leaching which was being assessed for Stage 4 expansion of LH - see following link). So what I’m getting at is that the time to get to Stage 1 of LH (20 months) might not be indicative of initial construction time for Deep Yellow. However, if it is, then to get to the stage of first production we would also need to add to the 20 months construction time additional time for an initial feasibility study (borrowing off Paladin studies perhaps?) and time for initial processing assuming mining gets underway in parallel.
