    The thing that stood out for me in that video was the segment with the Greenpeace campaigner- his demeanor and tone seems to me like he has already accepted that this uranium ban is going to get uplifted ! Either that or he isn't the best of campaigners because his tone was one of acceptance, not of fighting spirit.

    Of course he uses the miniscule risk that nuclear products *might* fall into the wrong hands but that is what the non-proliferation treaty is all about- ensuring that the uranium is tracked whereever it is in the world and is stored in a safe manner in keeping with international best practice.

    As things stand I think this ban is getting lifted by the summer, the only risk here is that both Greenland and Denmark have elections coming up. Nonetheless I don't think this is even going to be an issue in the Danish election as Greenland is so far away from Copenagen. And regardless of what happens in the Greenland election it seems like most parties are in favour of uplifting it so while the seats might get moved around the policy will stay largely the same in my opinion.
